Q&A

Q: I've heard about SUDS SOAPrize. Where can I buy them?

A:  Our distributors are growing, but our first offerings can be purchased via Amazon. We are available in the CoComelon Store on Amazon, as well as via the search tab — just type in soaprize or click on these links to collect all 6 CoComelon toys:

Q: How long does a SUDS SOAPrize soap ball last?

A:  With regular daily use, the soap ball could last a full week or more.  Of course, the more you wash and suds-up, the faster the toy inside the soap ball is revealed!

Q: When will the SOAPrize TOY inside be able to be seen?

A:  It really depends on how often you wash your hands before the toy is revealed. The more vigorous and frequently you wash your hands, the sooner the SOAPrize will be revealed. Some kids have reported it takes a week — and for those kids who aren't as clean, it takes up to a couple weeks or more! Patience is a virtue — along with good hygiene.

Q: Is there a faster way to reveal the TOY?

A:  Like most soaps, SUDS SOAPrize will soften and dissolve when left in water for extended periods of time.  If you absolutely, positively, must get to the TOY quicker, try leaving the soap ball submerged overnight in room temperature water.  Over time, the water will become a soapy color, and the SOAPrize TOY will gradually be revealed.

Q: Do the TOYS float?

A: SUDS SOAPrize TOYS are not designed as flotation toys. They are mini-collectibles to be played with at the sink or in the bathtub.

Q: Is this soap safe for my children's skin?

A: SUDS SOAPrize is free of harsh chemicals, paragons, sulfates, and formaldehyde carriers. The product has been tested thoroughly for safety in materials, colors, and design — and has passed the ASTM F963-17 safety regulation established by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Q: What happens if my child gets the soap or soapy water in his/her eyes?

A: While non-toxic, SUDS SOAPrize soap should be rinsed and flushed out of the eyes with plain water.

Q: Are there other toys available besides CoComelon?

A: Yes, we have other character-based toys forthcoming! Check our social media accounts @sudstoys and bookmark our website for all the soapy updates and sudsy news.
